About the Project
Mektûb is a platform that lets users easily write letters to loved ones — especially those in prison — and have them sent physically via the national postal service (PTT). Users write letters in the digital environment; the system checks content compliance, improves the writing, and automates the delivery process. The goal is to make letter-writing accessible, fast, and reliable again.
